Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All Off Script products are digital goods delivered electronically after purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Refund Eligibility

We understand that circumstances vary. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Not accessed within 14 days: If you have not accessed or downloaded the purchased files within 14 days of your purchase date, you may request a full refund.
• Accessed or downloaded: Once you have accessed or downloaded the product files, the purchase is considered final and is not eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to amjad@bahmadweb.com with the following information:

• Your full name
• The email address used for purchase
• The product(s) you wish to refund
• Your reason for requesting a refund

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe, the same payment processor used for your original purchase. Once approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
• You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated.

5. Disputes

If you have concerns about a purchase that are not addressed by this policy, please contact us directly at amjad@bahmadweb.com before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

• Evidence that the product files have been accessed or downloaded.
• Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
• Repeated purchase-and-refund behavior.
